year of OX

its my 1st CNY spent without my parents. they are back to my hometown, Pontianak since last year end. But not so bad, coz i got an invitation from my aunt to spend it with them.. It s a fun celebration -- eat much, meet relatives that we may only get chance to see once a year, receive red pocket in exchange of saying Gong Xi Fat Choi to the married couple (^^)...

what not so good is the weather, its been raining since dawn to morning and cause a flood.. -_- but for chinese belief, its a good sign. i hate going out in a rainy day. but then after noon the rain stops, and by pick me up to visit his grandma n mom. we had dinner together with his family, watched movie a while and then by sent me home.

so dats how my first day in year of OX passed., btw, crisis global affects my red pocket income.. hihi.. lastly, wish everyone has a prosperous year..^^

i have been obsessed with this lomography camera since i first saw it on flickr,.. i was amazed by the dreamy picture it resulted.. but too bad its not a digi cam,, so need to go thru the traditional way of producing picture.. -_-! but anw, i ve decide to have one.. so i have googling over this holga thing and turned out i have two candidates --

holga 135 bc and

holga 120 CFN PINKKK...

so 135bc is cheaper, lighter and has lower cost maintenance compared to 120 CFN. but 120 CFN has better quality and a very lovely color. now i am confused.. another thing is, it costs very expensive in Indonesia so i have to buy it from ebay. the USD rate now is so high which is around Rp 12.000 / USD. so by asked me to wait till the exchange rate is back to normal which no one knows when it gonna happen.. huhuww.. or the other option is i can get it on my trip to china this august which of course will be much cheaper since it made in china..=p i think im gonna slow it down to get this baby home.. hmmmm..

update on 08/10/09 : received my first holga last night. its a birthday gift from mom.. (^_____^).. bought it for $36.45 with USD rate Rp 10.000.. good price huh?

oucchh,, 2009's here..

unexpectedly arrived,, thats how 2009 came to my life..
my year end usually come with holiday plan,
but last year was a rush,, i even still work on 31st..huhuww..

anyhow,, 2009 s here whether u r ready or not,..
so to start this nu year,, i just wanna make a lil reflections of what happend back in 2008?

i resigned from a job and got a job. in between enjoy a 4 months break..nothing really happend during dat period, enjoy 1st two months being unemployed and feel bad in the next two months. just as i regretted ever made a decision to be a part of those who raises this country's unemployment rate, He gave me a job.. Thank Jesus for the perfect plan. and thank to mom who keep believing me..

2008 been a productive year for me as i started to learn some new skills like playing piano,scrapbooking, cooking, photoshop(which i had learn from 2005 -_-!). its kinda strange, coz if i look a few years back, i have no interest in anything. yes, its an improvement..^^

so..,, thats all i think.. things like how many times i crashed my car and how many books i havent finished reading shouldnt be part of this post..=p

2009 pls bring more good things to me n to people i luv..
